我们收集哪些信息
当你加入等待名单或联系我们时，我们会收集你主动提供的信息，包括邮箱、姓名、公司/组织、角色、想转换的 PDF 类型，以及是否愿意参与早期访谈。我们也会记录基础的访问来源信息（如 UTM 参数、referrer），用于了解产品是否匹配目标市场。
我们如何使用这些信息
- 产品上线通知与早期试用邀请。
- 种子用户访谈邀约与样本 PDF 收集。
- 判断首发目标客户画像是否匹配。
- 识别优先试点客户。
我们不会出售你的信息，也不会将等待名单信息用于与上述目的无关的用途。
关于上传的 PDF 内容
MVP 上线并开放试用后，你上传的 PDF 内容归你或你的授权方所有，WebReadyPDF 仅提供处理服务。你需要确认自己有权转换、处理和发布上传的 PDF 内容。默认情况下，上传内容不会被用于模型训练。正式开放上传功能前，我们会在此页面补充更完整的文件保存期限、删除方式、加密与访问权限说明。
Cookie 与本地存储
官网使用浏览器本地存储保存你的语言偏好设置，用于记住你的中英文切换选择。我们可能使用基础的匿名统计工具了解页面访问和转化情况，不会用于跨站追踪或广告投放。

Information we collect
When you join the waitlist or contact us, we collect the information you provide, including your email, name, company or organization, role, the type of PDFs you want to migrate, and whether you're open to an early user interview. We also record basic traffic attribution data (such as UTM parameters and referrer) to understand product-market fit.
How we use this information
- Launch notifications and early access invitations.
- Seed user interview outreach and sample PDF collection.
- Evaluating fit with our target customer profile.
- Identifying priority pilot customers.
We do not sell your information, and we do not use waitlist data for purposes unrelated to the above.
About uploaded PDF content
Once the MVP is available and early access opens, any PDF content you upload remains the property of you or your authorized party — WebReadyPDF only provides processing services. You are responsible for confirming you have the right to convert, process and publish the PDF content you upload. By default, uploaded content is not used to train models. Before we open uploads, we will expand this page with full details on retention periods, deletion, encryption and access controls.
Cookies and local storage
This site uses your browser's local storage to remember your language preference. We may use basic, anonymized analytics to understand traffic and conversion — never for cross-site tracking or advertising.
